You will have access to the whole property (2.7 acres) including our own small hilltop trail with a great view. You will also have direct access to 2800 acres of public land that is located adjacent to the property. Walk off the property onto 2800 acres of public hunting, fishing, hiking, and wildlife adventure. Just 1-1/2 miles from the Mississippi River. Perfect for every season.

Walk out lower level Master bedroom with a private second living area.
A 180-degree spiral staircase is used to navigate between the two levels. The upper level loft is accessed by a ships ladder. Easy to navigate for young adults and children. Comfortable beds with memory foam top and pillows.
The main level dining/living area is a great hangout for movies, eating and of course playing some board games.
Completely furnished with all linens, towels & Blankets. Fully equipped kitchen and BBQ grill with gas provided. Fire pit area with fire wood provided & several yard games.

3.5 miles from the nearest public boat launch.
